I have a right to be treated as a capable learner.

I have a right to learn at my own pace and not feel put down if I am slower.

I have a right to ask whatever questions I have when I need to ask them.

I have a right to need extra help anytime.

I have a right to ask anyone for help.

I have a right not to understand the first time around, or the second, or third...

I have a right to feel I CAN learn important and useful math.

I have a right to evaluate my math instructors and how they teach.

I have a right to dislike math (at times).

I have a right to dislike math homework.
