@TeachPaperless I don't think all teachers are good learners. Many are "stuck" in tradition & don't learn new strategies (for many reasons).

I agree with TeachPaperless on many levels (love the blog as well). I have found the kernels of traditional, inflexible expectations in my own teaching and have embarked on a journey to honestly identify and modify them whenever possible.
